Training Starts the Week of April 16th
Training Camp includes:
2 Classes a week of your Choice
1 Group Run Weekly
1 “Special” Mud Run Class Weekly
Registration Fee for the race
** Drop ins are welcome to group runs and special classes for $10.$225 for Non-members
$90 for Unlimited Members
Rain or Shine (rainy days we can go in the studio for various class formats). Come burn fat and calories while having a great time! Yes, it’s early in the morning, but this is a sure way to get in your workout before your busy day takes over.
We will focus on total body toning, cardiovascular exercise and core training to burn unwanted body fat and build lean muscles. All fitness levels are welcome. We will teach the camp so that any level can join us.
There are 2 options for Boot Camp – a monthly membership OR 6 week sessions. Call or email Rae Anne to discuss which option is best for you.
