Sign-up for all classes is required to guarantee space availability. No shows and late cancellations will have one class deducted from their account. Spin classes also have a $10 NO-SHOW Fee. Please cancel your class 2 hours before class if you cannot attend. For 5:30am classes, please cancel by 8pm the prior evening. Thank you!

Cardio Combo
Any combination of step, high or low impact floor aerobics, kickbox, Hip Hop Hustle, athletic movements or any other aerobic exercise format. Sure to keep your heart rate up and boredom down!
Cardio Core
This 30 minute class targets your heart rate and your entire core. The class is interval-based using highly effective cardio moves and belly-busting core exercises. Don’t miss this fun and super effective class!
Circuit
You won’t get bored with this station-based class that alternates cardio and strength exercises. You decide how much you want to be challenged.
Core & More
This 60 minute class will help tone and strengthen your abdominals, lower back, and hips. Instructor chooses equipment. Be ready to do a lot of abdominal work as well as legs and cardio! Great workout for any level!
Max Burn/Abs
This is a 45 minute class is designed to break through plateaus by using high intensity cardio intervals and moving core exercises. You will not get bored with this fast paces, calorie burning workout!
Body Sculpt/Ball Sculpt
Achieve that lean, firm physique without the bulk. Learn exercises that work your upper body, lower body and midsection, while burning excess fat. Ball Sculpt used the Stability Ball to increase your coordination and core strength.
PiYo
Combines Pilates moves and yoga. This mat-based class is sure to ease your mind and strengthen your body.
RAM 60/RAM 40
Cardiovascular exercise meets weight training in this 60/40 minute cross-training workout. Designed to expedite the reduction of body fat, while increasing muscle tone, this class has it all! A great way to fit all your exercise needs into one class.
Spin Classes
Indoor cycling classes using Spinner Pro cycles. Pure cardio workout = lots of burned calories! Come take a ride with us!
Turn and Burn
This 45 minute class combines the Spin bike with resistance training for a fun and exciting total body workout! Instructor may choose any equipment for class: BOSU, step, jump rope, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls or sand bags.
Yoga
This mind and body class encompasses flexibility, strength and endurance. Excellent for injury prevention and cross training.
Zumba
This fun class fuses musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!
