Fit camp is an excellent way to get in shape or stay in shape. One thing you will notice about the way we operate our fit camp is there is a large variety. You will not get board coming to our fit camp training classes. From fit stations to timed work outs you get it all in an action packed 45 min work out. Each day we focus on a different muscle group being sure to provide adequate rest time between each class.
Fit camp is a great place to see what you are made of, make new friends, and feel great about yourself. We never judge you for what you can or can’t do, we are here to help you accomplish your goals in a fun and stress free environment.
