If you’ve been thinking about using a personal trainer but would rather work out in a small group, you can get a great group rate at RAM Fitness! Bring 2–3 friends to qualify, or bring up to four ladies with you to start a small group session!
The first step in the training process is to determine your goals. Let me help you set realistic and attainable goals, both short-term and long-term. Next, a fitness assessment and body composition analysis are necessary to find out where you are starting. After we determine your current fitness level, together we can plan a program that will help you reach your goals step by step.
